About the Course This lecture will guide you on the steps on how to proceed and handle sale of real estate property including documentation and payment of taxes. Sale of real property is simple but there are matters and issues that can complicate a transaction which will be discussed in the lecture.

She has been in the practice of law for ten years. She graduated from the Ateneo School of Law and also passed the Licensure for Real Estate Brokers in 2016. She serves as Director of the City of Taguig Real Estate Board under PAREB for three years and is currently employed at Sapient Consulting Limited in Hong Kong. She is also one of the two Filipinos who gained the designation of a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) that qualified her to become a full member of the global professional body called the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
