This 3-hour session balances a big picture perspective of the commercial arbitration process with detailed practical applications specifically as to the conduct of arbitration hearings and presentation of evidence before arbitral tribunals. Participants are first introduced to a strategic approach for managing commercial arbitrations. With such a perspective, participants are then provided with a comprehensive set of best practices for advocating their client's claims during arbitration hearings as well as producing evidence for the consideration of arbitral tribunals.
