Atty. Carlo Cruz is a law professor, established author, and expert on Political, Constitutional, and Administrative Laws. He obtained his Masters of Laws from San Beda University and was admitted to the Practice of Law in 1983. He is the Collaborating Counsel of the Cruz Law Office, and a sought after MCLE lecturer.
