Sir, you mentioned that the reconstitution of lost or destroyed title (OCT issued before WW2) may not be granted due to laches. My question is if that is the case, then what would be the recourse of the successor or heirs of the original registered owner if the owner's duplicate is likewise lost or destroyed? (Assuming they found the decree and that there is still a copy of the OCT in the RD but the same is blurred)
