Tuazon, Glenn T.

Roland Glenn T. Tuazon is a senior associate who is affiliated with the Litigation & Arbitration, and Project Development & Finance departments. His practice focuses on arbitration, litigation, and project development and finance. Glenn appears before various courts and tribunals, and handles a wide range of criminal, civil, and administrative cases. He is experienced in handling contractual, corporate, and property disputes. He likewise manages matters covered by the special rules on environmental cases, and he handles various transactions involving asset or share acquisitions focused on oil, gas, energy, mining, and public infrastructure. Glenn is experienced in criminal, labor, professional, family law, and political law disputes. He assists with real estate and property transactions. He also practices in the fields of taxation, aviation, and securities. He engages in general corporate law practice, including corporate secretarial work, general assistance on contracts, and regulatory compliance. Glenn is a part-time lecturer at the La Salle-FEU Consortium, MBA-JD Program. Some of his accolades include the St. Thomas More Award for Most Distinguished Graduate in 2011; Sasakawa Young Leaders Fellowship Fund International Law Scholarship (2008-2011); World Quarterfinalist and 10th best oralist award in the Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition; Evans Award and Baxter Award for Best Memorial; distinction as the Team Captain of the 2010 Philippine Team in the Willem C. Vis International Arbitration Competition; grand champion in the Asian Universities Debate Championship in 2007; and two-time Best Debater in Asia in the World Universities Debate Championship. Glenn received his bachelor’s degree in Communications, minor in Global Politics and International Relations from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2007 where he graduated magna cum laude and was distinguished as a thesis awardee. He received his juris doctor degree, with honors, from the same university in 2012 where he was given the best thesis award. He was admitted to the Philippine bar in 2012 and joined the firm in the same year.
