He is a lawyer, an incumbent and former government official, and a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) advocate and lecturer. Atty. Agra is a professor of laws and bar reviewer, a Ph.D. candidate, and the General Counsel of the Philippine Olympic Committee. A well-respected sports enthusiast, he is concurrently the President of the Pilipinas Obstacle Sports Federation, Obstacle Sports Federation Asia-Pacific, and East Asia Southeast Asia Freerunning Parkour Union.
